One and one makes two
One
Our story starts in 2014 when I decided that it was enough and went off to Peru for six weeks to travel and to volunteer. There I discovered how lovely it is to help others without receiving anything in return but happiness. I wanted to do this for the rest of my life.
Two
In 2014 I met Fernando, my Chilean husband. He went off with me to volunteer at the same project I was working on. There, on top of a mountain near Urubamba, we decided we should do something volunteering in Chile. You can say our organization started in 2014 but it was still an idea, nothing more but dreams. But, don’t many things start with a dream?
In 2019 Alexander joined the game. He was an old classmate of Fernando. He heard about our dreams and plans and decided to participate. From that point it went fast. Alexander is our network, the one who knows many people. And these people know people. And this network is the heart of our organization.

In 2020 COVID-19 put the world upside down and we paused our plans for quite some time. Found other jobs. Took our time to rethink and re-organize.
In November 2021 I went with my family to Chile, for six months. To travel, to meet people, to visit projects. To make our dreams come true, in many ways.
Alexander was about to travel too in December (coincidence).
We met in real life for the first time, after hours of videocalling planning, thinking and organizing our plans. In Chile we visited projects and met the locals.

Our vision and mission
In all our experiences travelling and meeting other people from other cultures we all believe one thing: it makes your world bigger. Literally. It makes your mind bigger. Figuratively. Meeting and discovering other cultures is making you understand your own more. And with all this knowledge and experience in your backpack we believe you will become a kinder person. And we need kind people in the world.
We like you to meet Chile and Chileans. Stay in Chile for a while. Slow travel a bit. Live, work, play, laugh, cry, dance, meet, share and discover. Be surprised what Chile can offer you.
